Network Dinner Meetings
Most of our networking dinner meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month (exceptions are November and December). We do not meet in July or August.
We offer a speaker or panel at each meeting. Topics are of general interest and cover business development, careers, industry trends, and personal development.
The typical meeting has the following schedule:
- 5:30—6:15 Networking
- 6:15—7:00 Announcements, Member & Guest Introductions
- 6:15—7:30 Dinner
- 7:30—8:30 Program
The meetings are held at a convenient downtown Portsmouth location. We offer a choice of entrees in a delicious meal that complements the friendly ambiance.
Dinner costs are $25.00 for members and $30.00 for guests.
A time-honored SWN tradition is to have all meeting attendees give a brief introduction about themselves—what they are involved in, what they are interested in, what they need. It is a terrific way to get your word out—and with dramatic, sometimes, instant results. People have been known to leave meetings with great new contacts, new referrals, and new interests!
Each May, SWN dedicates the entire evening’s meeting to the ever-popular “Networking Night” (a mini expo), when members get the chance to showcase their businesses, demonstrate their services, and distribute their information and brochures to other SWN members and guests. This program event gives our talented members the opportunity to increase their customer base and also creates and supports an ongoing SWN marketplace.

Here are two ways to make a reservation:
- Member can fill in their reservation information from their Constant Contact Invitation and pay via Paypal or check. Members or guests may download our generic sign up form here SWN Dinner Reservation Form. For dinner options, please contact us.
- Leave a reservation via email with your name and dinner choice, courtesy of Beth Moreau, and if time permits, send in your check. We cannot guarantee a seat unless your check is received by the deadline. (messages only, no return calls will be made. Payment Policy
To help the Seacoast Women’s Network supply the most accurate meal count in advance, reservations and checks received 5 days prior to the meeting are appreciated. Otherwise, payment expected the evening of the event however space cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your payment in advance. Please understand that we cannot process refunds.
Please contact Beth Moreau as soon as possible if deadline has passed to check on seat availability.
Guest Policy
We love our guests and enjoy welcoming them to the SWN meetings! However, you may attend one meeting as a guest and after that you are expected to become a member. The Treasurer and Membership Committee maintain a guest list and you will be asked for membership dues if you arrive for a second visit. If possible, please try to reserve a seat in advance. If that is not possible, we make every effort to accommodate walk-ins.
Directions to the Portsmouth Sheraton
The parking lot is gated, but hotel event attendees are given a card to exit the parking lot without charge.
From the North: Take I 95 south; take exit 7, 1st exit in NH; at the bottom of the ramp, take a left. Continue 3/4 mi. to a blinking yellow light, bear right – the hotel entrance is on the left and parking is on the right.
From the South: Take I 95 north; take exit 7; at the bottom of the ramp, take a right. Continue 3/4 mi. to a blinking yellow light, bear right – the hotel entrance is on the left and parking is on the right.
