Kat Roedell will help us DREAM BIG as we plan for a BIGGER and BETTER 2021!
“As we enter the New Year, it is normal for us to set goals, create plans, tell others about it, but sometimes we fail to dream big. We all need to unlock our creativity in our business and our personal lives, and understand that fear can get in the way. During this presentation we will learn how to dream big, find techniques for unlocking our inner creativity, and explore ways to brainstorm and break down our large dreams into executable plans, which through accountability and action will allow us to achieve our dreams.”
Our speaker, Kat Roedell, has an extensive resume and background of 15 years in transitioning business plans into programs and has worked with individuals, teams and businesses to help them grow. She has worked with the Department of Navy, and currently runs her own business called Ignite Business Planning Services, LLC. She will share her STAR worksheet and planning method with us.
