Autumn Schmidt is the powerhouse behind She’s an Asset, a personal safety training company dedicated to helping women and high-performing teams stop shrinking and start showing up as resilient leaders.
Autumn brings a one-of-a-kind perspective. She’s a former law enforcement officer who was injured in the line of duty. She was couch ridden for 6 months and faced an identity crisis.
